This is the privacy policy of MUE Enterprise & MUE(M)Sdn. Bhd. (“MUE”). In this Privacy Notice, “we”,
“us” and “our” refers to MUE, and “you” and “your” includes third parties whose
personal data you have provided to MUE.

MUE
strongly believes in a consumer’s right to privacy. MUE will only process your
personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, the
applicable regulations, guidelines, orders made under the PDPA and any
statutory amendments or re-enactments made of the PDPA from time to time
(collectively referred to as the “PDPA”) as well as this Privacy Policy. The
word “personal data” is as defined in the PDPA.

MUE also does not process sensitive personal data

where consent cannot be given on behalf of you or when we cannot reasonably
expect to obtain consent;

consent by or on behalf of you has been unreasonably withheld;
(d) for the purpose of, or in connection with any legal
proceedings;
(e) for the purposes of obtaining legal advice;
(f) for the purposes of establishing, exercising or

(h)for the exercise of any functions conferred on any

Government of Malaysia

(2) Usage
tracking For
the web user to MUE’s website, our web server automatically collects
information on your domain type, browser used and your IP address for
statistical purposes only, which will be used to improve the content of our web
page and not sold to other organizations for any purpose. Since we gather
certain types of information about our users, we feel you should fully
understand our policy and the terms and conditions on the capture and use of
those information.
(3) Security MUE will take all practical steps to protect personal data from any loss, misuse,
modification, unauthorized or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or
destruction when processing personal data. While every practicable step is
taken to protect your personal data, MUE will not be responsible for any loss
or damages arising from any loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized or
accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction caused by third
parties or which is beyond our control.
(4) Third Party’s Website Links
to our subsidiaries’ websites and other third party websites are provided for
your convenience and reference. We advise you to review the privacy policy of
these linked websites as the sites might have their own policy in place. We are
not responsible for the content on these linked websites.
(5) Cookies With respect to cookies, we do place a
text file called a “cookie” in the browser files of your computer. The cookie
itself does not contain personal information although it will enable us to
relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and
knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is
the information you supply yourself. MUE uses cookies to track user traffic
patterns and our advertising system delivers a one-time cookie to better track
ad impressions and click rates. You can refuse cookies by turning them off in

you will receive the warning message with each cookie. You do not need to have

(6) Changes in the Privacy Policy In the event if MUES’s policy on

in Division 4 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. MUE will comply with
any request to access, correct, withdraw consent or prevent the processing of
personal data in accordance to the PDPA. MUE however, may refuse any such
request in circumstances as provided in the PDPA. To make any such request,

(9) Limit The Process Of Your Personal
Data
If you:

offers, promotions and marketing materials and information on other products
and services from us or our partners;
-have further query; or
-would like us to cease
